We accept Master Card and Visa.

Do I still need to send in a copy of every credit card receipt?

No. This is one of the many updates we've made to improve service.  Our new system retains all reports so you don't have to print duplicate receipts.

What kind of displays are my books deliver in for the fair?

Can I take pre-paid orders for items out of stock?

You may take pre-paid orders for all the books at your fair except bargain books.

Can I send my reorder in via email?

A.

Although we prefer to receive reorders via fax (919)954-0938, your reorder can be sent as an attachment via email to reorders@bedfordfallsusa.com.

When can I expect my reorder/resupply shipments?

A.

Bedford Falls ships re-orders via UPS.  If you submit your reorder/resupply request in by Noon and are in BFBF Zone 1 you can expect to receive a shipment the next business day. Shipments generally arrive at the same time UPS routinely delivers to your school.
