We believe the most effective way to encourage struggling readers to develop a deeper love of reading is with self-selected titles. Rather than telling children what they need to read, we build programs that allow students to select what they want to read from a teacher-customized offering. Our belief is built on past program successes as well as established research.

Our literacy programs consider the tremendous diversity that exists among students. It is our belief that transforming struggling students into successful readers is accomplished in part by introducing them to a variety of subject matters that interest them and to characters with whom they can identify.
